Hi {{first_name | Deck Boss}},

The Cancer New Moon lands today at 21 degrees, and the entire lunar cycle starts over from nothing. This is the cleanest fresh start the sky offers all month, and it asks you to begin from feeling rather than from strategy. Trust the pull you cannot fully explain. Just do not let a mood get promoted to a decision.

In this issue:
🌑 Horoscopes for all 12 signs
🍷 Tarot Tuesday: the Cancer New Moon Cross, a five-card spread just for today

HOROSCOPES
Daily Horoscopes for July 14th

ARIES (March 21 – April 19)
Home is where your reset lands. Today's Cancer New Moon opens a brand new cycle at the very base of your life, in family, in living space, in the private ground everything else stands on. Something here gets to begin again from scratch. Plant it quietly, and let it be about what you need rather than what you can win.

TAURUS (April 20 – May 20)
Words are being rewritten before you even say them. Mercury is retrograde in your sector of speech and thought, so an old conversation keeps looping, and today's New Moon opens a fresh cycle in exactly that place. The reset you want is in how you talk to people, not in what you tell them. Say the true thing plainly. That is the whole assignment.

GEMINI (May 21 – June 20)
Energy is not your problem right now. Mars charges through your sign and you are moving fast, but today's New Moon opens a fresh cycle in your money and your sense of what you are worth, and that asks for a slower kind of courage. Decide what you are worth before you go ask anyone else for it.

CANCER (June 21 – July 22)
Zero. That is where you stand today, and it is a gift rather than an emptiness. The New Moon lands in your own sign, the cleanest annual reset you get, handing you a blank page with your name already on it. Mercury is still retrograde here, so something from the old chapter wants a last word before you turn it. Give it that, then write.

LEO (July 23 – August 22)
Fortune is already moving in your favor, quietly, for the first time in twelve years. Jupiter expands your sign all year long, and today the Moon meets Jupiter there, lighting a fuse under something you have been too cautious to want out loud. The New Moon itself lands in the hidden room behind your public life, so the seed stays private for now. Let it. It grows faster in the dark.

VIRGO (August 23 – September 22)
Grace is doing quiet work on your behalf. Venus is still in your sign, softening the way you land on people, and today's New Moon opens a new cycle in your friendships and the wider circle you move through. Someone new belongs in that circle, or someone old belongs back in it.

LIBRA (September 23 – October 22)
Reputation gets a clean slate today. The Cancer New Moon opens a new cycle in your 10th house of career and public standing, which means the way the world sees you is genuinely up for revision. This is not the day for the grand announcement. It is the day for the private decision that makes the announcement inevitable later.

SCORPIO (October 23 – November 21)
Power is being rearranged underneath you, slowly and without your permission. Your ruling planet Pluto is retrograde, reworking the foundations of home and belonging. Today's New Moon meanwhile opens a fresh cycle in your 9th house of belief, distance, and the bigger picture. Something you stopped believing is asking to be believed again, differently.

SAGITTARIUS (November 22 – December 21)
Horizons keep widening, and you are the reason. Your ruling planet Jupiter moves through fellow-fire Leo, stretching your appetite for what is possible, while today's New Moon opens a new cycle in shared money, intimacy, and the things you only trust a few people with. Start something honest in that private place. It will outlast the adventure.

CAPRICORN (December 22 – January 19)
Someone across from you is part of this reset. The Cancer New Moon opens a new cycle in your 7th house of close partnership, so a relationship, a collaboration, or a marriage gets a genuinely fresh page. Your ruling planet Saturn wants guarantees before you turn it. You will not get them. Turn it anyway.

AQUARIUS (January 20 – February 18)
Rhythm is the thing you are missing, and today hands you a new one. Your ruling planet Uranus keeps disrupting your sense of play and romance, but the Cancer New Moon opens a fresh cycle in your 6th house of work, routine, and health. Build the small daily thing. Boring, repeated, and yours is how the big change actually arrives.

PISCES (February 19 – March 20)
Joy gets a starting line today. The Cancer New Moon opens a brand new cycle in the part of your chart that holds romance, creativity, and play, and fellow-water Cancer makes this feel like coming home rather than starting over. Make the thing. Ask the person. The current runs with you for once.

MORE SASS, LESS STRESS
🌑 On Sunday we told you a door was opening. Today it opens.

The Cancer New Moon lands today, and it starts a brand new cycle in exactly one house of your chart. For one reader that is home. For another it is money, a partnership, or the work they have been circling for a year without starting. Twelve different rooms, and the general horoscope cannot tell you which one is yours.

Your Insider reading names the room. It tells you what this New Moon is asking you to plant there, what has finally gotten clear enough to begin, and what belongs to the old cycle and can stay buried in it.

The cycle opens today with or without you. Upgrade now and yours is waiting inside this edition.

TAROT TUESDAY
🍷 The Cancer New Moon Cross

Today we're pulling a five-card New Moon Cross.

Here's how it works. Three cards run across the center: what you release, what you plant, what grows. That's the standard New Moon question, and on its own it's the same reading in July as it is in December.

So the cross adds two seats. The bottom one asks about the shadow of the sign the Moon is in, because every sign sabotages its own fresh start differently, and Cancer's way looks nothing like Aries'. The top one asks about the planet that rules that sign, whatever card lands there speaks for that planet.

Which is why we're running this spread tonight. Cancer's ruler is the Moon. An Aries New Moon would put that top card in the mouth of Mars, a Taurus one in the mouth of Venus. Tonight it speaks for the Moon herself, on the one night of the year she goes dark in the sign she rules.

The Cancer New Moon Cross

🌊 THE SEED (center): Ace of Cups
An otter cradles a golden cup in a misted forest, holding it the way you hold something alive. This is the purest beginning in the deck, and look closely at what it is made of. Not a plan. Not a strategy. A feeling. The cup is offered rather than earned, and under a Cancer New Moon that is the whole instruction: start from what moves you, not from what you could defend in a meeting.

🌙 THE CLEARING (left): Eight of Cups
A cloaked figure turns away from eight golden cups and walks toward the water under a full moon. Notice that nobody knocked the cups over. That is the difficult part. The thing you are leaving is not broken, it is simply finished, and it will keep looking perfectly fine right up until the day you admit it stopped feeding you. A New Moon cannot plant anything in ground that is already full. Set it down.

🌸 THE GROWTH (right): The Empress
A peacock on a gilded throne, roses in every direction, a crown of stars overhead. This is what the seed becomes if you actually tend it. The Empress does not do fast. She does fertile, and there is a difference. Whatever you plant tonight grows on its own schedule and mostly out of sight, which is precisely the part that will test you. Feed it anyway.

🏛️ THE SHELL (below, the shadow of Cancer): Four of Cups
A sloth sits at the foot of an overgrown stone temple with four cups laid out in front of it, looking at none of them. This is Cancer's shadow, and it is uncomfortably accurate. You have a shell. The shell works. That is exactly the problem. Something is being offered to you right now and you are not looking at it, because looking would mean coming out. Discontent is not the same thing as being wronged. Check what is already in front of you before you decide the world withheld it.

🐆 THE TIDE (above, the ruler of Cancer): The High Priestess
A snow leopard sits between two carved pillars beneath a crescent moon, and she does not explain herself. This is the Moon's card in the Moon's seat, and she is the Moon at her highest expression: knowing without evidence, certainty with no paper trail to show anyone. She could not do half this much work at any other New Moon. You already know which cup is yours. Stop asking for proof and go pick it up.

Read as one: put down the cup that stopped feeding you, plant from feeling, tend it slowly, and do not sulk inside the shell while the answer is sitting in front of you. The Moon goes dark tonight. She already knows. Catch up.
